We look to acquire companies that meet the criteria below, however, we are realistic and understand that there is no such thing as a perfect business. As long as criteria is generally met and there is a strong overlap in values, we can see a path to long-term success.

Business criteria:

  • B2B service business or SaaS
  • Top tier employees and customer service
  • Differentiated product, service, or experience
  • Sticky but diverse customer base

Financials:

  • $5-20M in annual revenues
  • $1-5M in pre-tax annual profit
  • 15%+ operating margins

Business Owner:

  • Seeking to retire or cede day-to-day operations
  • Prefers a permanent new owner to grow the business’s legacy and keep all employees on staff
  • Keep “skin in the game” via seller note or small ownership stake
